Privacy Policy
Last updated September 15, 2026 · Ozvana is operated by OSATL LLC, 2175 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324, USA · hello@ozvana.com
This policy explains what Ozvana (operated by OSATL LLC) collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers two groups of people: venues that use the Ozvana app, and guests who book, park, pay cover or text a venue that uses Ozvana.
What we collect from venues
Your email address (for sign-in), venue name, address, phone numbers, website, prices, packages, menu, staff names and phone numbers, promoter names, the ban list and ID-check log your staff enter, orders, checkout figures, and the messages you exchange with the Ozvana support assistant. Card details for your Ozvana plan are entered on Stripe's pages and stored by Stripe, not by us; we keep only a reference to your Stripe customer.
What we collect from guests (on behalf of the venue)
When a guest books, parks, pays cover or texts a venue: name, phone number, party size, night, license plate, the text messages sent and received, and payment status. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's checkout page and handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy; Ozvana never sees the full card number. The venue is the controller of its guests' data and Ozvana processes it for the venue.
Why we use it
To run the service: show tonight's bookings, confirm payments, let the door check a code, print a ticket in the kitchen, tally promoter pay, answer a guest's text with the venue's real prices, and bill the venue for its plan. To keep the service secure and to answer support questions. We don't sell data and we don't use guest data to advertise anything.
Who else sees it
Only the providers that make the service work, each under its own agreement with us: Stripe (payments and Connect), Twilio (phone numbers and text delivery), Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (the AI that drafts text-host replies and support answers — it receives the conversation and the venue's prices, not payment data). We share what the law requires when we're legally compelled, and we'd tell you unless we're not allowed to.
Text messaging privacy
Guests opt in by texting a venue's number; replies are only sent in response. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that venue, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies with the conversation.
How long we keep it
Venue and guest records are kept while the venue's account is active so the venue has its history (bookings, checkouts, ID-check log). When a venue closes its account we delete its data 90 days later, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons. Text threads are kept for 12 months by default.
Your choices
Venues can edit or export their data in the app and can close the account from Plan & billing. Guests who want their information corrected or deleted should contact the venue they dealt with; if you can't reach the venue, email hello@ozvana.com and we'll help. Residents of California and other places with privacy laws have rights to know, delete and correct — email us and we'll respond within 30 days. We don't discriminate for exercising those rights.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to what each venue's account can see, and secrets are kept out of the app code. No system is perfect; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we'll notify you without undue delay.
Children
Ozvana venues serve adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes and contact
We'll post changes here and, for material ones, tell venues in the app or by email. Questions or requests: hello@ozvana.com, or by mail to OSATL LLC, 2175 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324, USA.
